Yay! We made it safely back to Jacmel, Haiti with all of our bags. A house has been rented for us not too far from the orphanage, which we have been cleaning and working on with the help of friends. It's been great to be able to come back to such familiar faces.
My parents are overseeing the schools and the clinic that are funded by Children's Hope. The clinic is right outside of the orphanage compound. I was so excited when I saw the finished lab, a new registration office and emergency room.
I am doing school with the Peters' (orphanage directors) kids in an independent work style starting at eight and ending anywhere from noon to three. After school, who knows what I'll be doing!
